The location of this hotel was amazing! It was so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. Plus, it was conveniently situated near so many attractions like the Kent coast, picturesque villages, and stunning gardens. We had so many options for places to visit, it was fantastic.
The shower in the bathroom was a bit difficult to use. The shower curtains within the bath didn't really keep the water contained, so it was a bit messy.

The Coach House is a gorgeous property, immaculately run and maintained by the lovely Arabella. We were welcomed with homemade cakes and a little tour of the place. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful little touches. The location is great, with a lovely private area. The fixtures and fittings were of very high quality - the bath was wonderful and the bed massive! We appreciated the provision of eggs, cake, milk, bread, butter, and jam on arrival. The property is a real gem, filled with charm and beautifully decorated. Mark and Naomi were very welcoming and helpful, with a lovely hamper to greet us, making our stay perfect. It's the ideal place for couples or families, close to areas of interest, but with lots of beautiful countryside surrounding it to enjoy. We would definitely visit again!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, tucked away in a quiet spot with beautiful surroundings. The spaciousness of the place is just jaw-dropping - plenty of room to relax and unwind. It's also conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to venture out to nearby amazing gardens and the coast. The hosts were super friendly and approachable, with great communication from the start. They even provided clear directions and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself is stunning, with clean and well-maintained interiors. We loved the extra little touches like the folder of instructions and suggestions for what to do in the area. Plus, the hamper of goodies that greeted us on arrival was a delightful surprise! The bedroom was lovely, spacious, and had all the features we needed. And let me tell you, the bed was super comfy and made for a GREAT night's sleep. The overall cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation were top-notch. We also appreciated the private secure drive and the on-site car park. The kitchen had everything we needed, from an electric kettle to cookware and kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV was a bonus for cozy nights in, and there were even board games available for some entertainment. We also loved the outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. An extra shoutout for providing a playpen and cots for families traveling with young children. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that the no pets allowed and no smoking on site policies ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone. With all these pros, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway experience.

The location of this property was excellent, as it was centrally located and close to many National Trust sites and other places of interest. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous provision of a welcome basket upon our arrival. The main bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The living space in the property was quite cramped, especially considering that it was advertised as accommodating up to five people. The kitchen was inadequate and poorly equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals.
